The Housing Choice Voucher Program Partner Portal, AssistanceCheck, is a secure, online website service where property owners can access information relating to properties currently under contract with PHAs administered by Imagineers LLC.
AssistanceCheck is an online website portal specifically designed to make managing your properties that are leased to HCV program participants more efficient and effective. This service allows you to access information directly online, as well as make requests online rather than in-person or by mail.
Simply click on “Create a property owner account” using your provided PIN number and follow the instructions on the screen.
By signing up for AssistanceCheck you will also have access to the following, easy to use features:
- View and print financial information, including Housing Assistance Payments and 1099 information
- Review and update direct deposit forms
- List your vacant units
- Update your contact information
- View unit information
- View inspection information (scheduled inspections and completed inspections results)
